Mr Leslie Loh graduated from Saint Mary’s University, Canada, in 1982 with a bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Information Technology.

Mr Loh was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of System Access since its inception in 1983. Mr Loh played a major role in leading System Access from being a one-man outfit to a publicly listed global banking software organization with 10 offices and 500 staff in Europe, Middle East and Asia. The company was acquired in 2006 by SunGard Data Systems INC, USA, a leading global financial services software provider.

Mr Loh was selected the winner of the 1998 ASME Rotary Entrepreneur of the Year in Singapore. In 1999, Mr Loh received the National Youth Award (Individual) for his success as an entrepreneur. In 2006, Leslie was awarded the “Person of The Year” IT Leader Award by the Singapore Computer Society.

Since 2008, Mr Loh has been actively involved in investing and nurturing high-tech startups in Singapore and the region via his investment vehicles, Extream Ventures and Red Dot Ventures.

Mr. Loh is currently a board member of SPRING Singapore and was an IDA Board Member (Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore) for 2 terms from 1999 to 2003.

Axel has an extensive cross-industry experience equipped to identify and comprehend innovative technology trends and attractive business models. He has led the implementation of business strategies in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa and has negotiated on the highest-level with key business leaders and government officials.  Axel holds a Master of International Communication and a Master of Business Administration with a major in entrepreneurship. He is in charge of sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in Singapore and in the region, RedDot’s day-to-day operations, as well as advising and mentoring our portfolio companies.

Julian was a founding member of Zopim.com, the world’s leading real-time engagement solution for online businesses. Zopim had more than 45K online active business customers, serving up to 135 million visitors a month.  Prior to Zopim, Julian got his feet wet as a Business Dev Associate at Alpha Innotech, a Nasdeq-listed Bioimaging company. Julian majored in Biomedical Sciences at the National University of Singapore  and took a 1 year entrepreneurship program at Stanford University.

At RDV, Julian’s role is to help the startups that we have funded scale , grow and have loads of fun while doing so.
